Genesis 4:3
In the course of time Cain brought to the LORD an offering of the fruit of the ground,

and Abel also brought of the firstborn of his flock and of their fat portions. And the LORD had regard for Abel and his offering,

but for Cain and his offering he had no regard. So Cain was very angry, and his face fell.

If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin is crouching at the door. Its desire is for you, but you must rule over it."
Any money you drop in the house of God in whatever name, be it tithe, offering, harvest, seed etc is never a loss, you definitely get your reward because God is not a man that will cheat on you especially when you give cheerfully. It is always better to give to God than to give to the devil in hospitals and unnecessary spending.

Do not ever regret offering or giving to God. Moreover, a man is also blessed when he/she gives to Men of God or to fellow men/women, especially those in need who are not in the position to pay back.
Give, and it shall be given unto you. Good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into thy bosom. For with the same measure the ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. Luke 6:38 (KJV).
